An exhibition area will be provided in front of the lecture hall on both days of the winter seminar. Exhibitors will have the chance to present their companies on a poster wall suitable for hanging an A0-sized poster.
A poster wall, tables and chairs will be provided.

  • Institutional exhibitors

 

The seven exhibitors Ascenion, Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, BioTech Cluster Bayern, Bayern Innovativ, Alpine Space Programm, Alps Bio Cluster und GründerRegio M will bring their own exhibition stands. Please report us the size of the space you need in order to proceed with the planning of the exhibition. There is no electricity or Internet access available. Chair and table will be provided, poster walls only on request.

There are no fees charged for the exhibition, however online advance registration is required. Contact email exhibition and documentation: alpsbio@gr-m.de

  • Conference documentation

A conference documentation will be made available for the Winter Seminar.

All participants, speakers and exhibitors will be listed and the speakers and exhibitors presented in the conference documentation. Further information will follow after the confirmation of your registration.

Please provide a short description of your company / institute (maximum 2 pages in pdf format.

  • Poster exhibitors

Please send us A4 pdf form of your poster.
