Alps Bio Cluster Brokerage event @BIOTECH2010, Milan 27 October 2010

The Alps Bio Cluster project, in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network, organises a brokerage event in the context of BIOTECH2010 / NUCE exhibition on 27 OCTOBER 2010, in MILAN

BIOTECH 2010 www.biotechexpo.eu  is the international event and conference dedicated to biotechnologies organised in Milan from 26 to 28 October 2010. It counted 5420 visitors in a first successful first edition, and saw the participation of 12.744 operators in three days. BIOTECH 2010 is organized together with NUCE INTERNATIONAL 2010.

 

  • The Alps Bio Cluster event:

The Alps Bio Cluster  project aims to promote contacts between enterprises and research centres eager to start collaborations at international level, to expand their customer portfolio, to promote technologies or innovative products in the biotech sector.

Running alongside BIOTECH 2010, the Alps Bio Cluster partners, in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network, will host a company mission with foreign delegations coming from all EU.

The invitation is open to all enterprises, universities, research centres, science parks in the biotechnology sector and to all organizations and body interested.

Participants will have the chance to meet SMEs, research centres, universities and start-ups in the biotech sector to talk about:

  • Technology transfer and exploitation of research results
  • Ideas for joint research projects
  • Opportunities for R&D funding
  • Internationalisation
  • Licensing, production and distribution agreement

Main topics covered: Biology and biotechnology, Medicine and human health,Technologies for the agro-food industry, Industrial biotechnologies, Green biotechnologies

1) Insert your company profile by 8th October: http://www.b2match.com/biotech2010/

2) Check other participants’ profiles and select them for a meeting by 20th October

3) Receive your agenda with the list of the meetings and meet the companies on 27th October during Biotech2010

4) Logistics: The Alps Bio Cluster brokerage event, free of charge, will take place at the Milan Chamber of Commerce stand on 27 October 2010 @ fieramilanocity - Milan Exhibition Center at Biotech 2010 – from 9:30 to 18:00
